I have built several businesses around the core skill of affiliate marketing. Once you learn how to make profit you can leverage those skills into other areas.

You can provide services, teach others, create and market your own products. You can also assist other sffiliates to market your own products.

Having all your eggs in one G**gle basket is commercial suicide.

I do think that it is dangerous to not have a long term strategy in this business. Things change so quickly. You need to be able to see the changes coming, adapt and most importantly diversify both your revenue sources and your own affiliate marketing skills.

I’ve thought of most of this, except for the last one you mentioned. More importantly, I think to be able to do all of this networking is very important because it is easy to get stuck in tunnel vision when you’re used to doing things and thinking in the same ways you’ve been doing for years.

Insight from other super affiliates help you think outside the box, and may give the necessary missing pieces to get you going.

I mean “Run Car on H2o” is only going to work for so long!

I do think in terms of real niches and ten years down the road.

PPC is for day money and content spending is for the long term.

The thing that is more interesting for me is to know what are your goals for you PPC campaigns. Until now I tried to make as much as I can from my PPC campaigns, however on the last few weeks it has been changed. Now my goal is 100% ROI, and I don’t care about the revenue.

What is your goal on your single landing pages/minisites campaigns? It will be interesting if you’ll share this knowledge.
