Not saying it's not worth it, just that there are MANY "investments" that could pay fast dividends. If someone has to scrape together that much cash, chances are they have better needs for it. I know many people out there living paycheck to paycheck regardless of how many digits they bring home each year from their job or entrepreneural endeavors because they built such a steep hole to climb out of or they don't make enough to being with.
