For those of you who don’t already know, Miles Baker and I run a mastermind group of top notch super affiliates. Twice a month we brainstorm and share super advanced affiliate marketing strategies, many strategies I have not share on this blog, and that you would be hard press to find anywhere else.
In order to protect the privacy of our mastermind I cannot reveal exactly who’s in it, but I can tell you there are some big names in the industry who are a part of our mastermind.
Now I’ve recently gotten a number of emails for people asking to join my mastermind group. To be fair I decided to do to a blog post about it and allow people to apply to join the mastermind.

- What percentage (roughly) of your sales/profits come from ppc?
- Please give us a percentage breakdown of how you make money online? (ie 50% PPC, 20% SEO, 30% list building, etc etc)
- Do you do affiliate marketing full time?
- What are your 5 favorite books related to success/business/marketing?
- Please write an brief essay (400-600 words) on how you believe you can contribute to this mastermind.
- Please provide two references (YES WE WILL CALL THEM), names & number must be included. Cannot be family.

Amit doesn’t know shit. His English is horrible and his affiliate success is due to a phenomenon called “luck”. He has not contributed a real service to this world and probably never will because he doesn’t have the mindset of an entrepreneurs or investor: he is one of material rather than providing a real service.

WOW! You’re in a lot of pain. If you want to succeed you must first overcome your anger and resentment. I can imagine your feeling a lot of frustration right now, but you just have to stay persistent and it will happen for you as well.

What I don’t get is blog readers who post comments full of negativity and bile.
How does that improve your life?
If you focus instead on achieving your goals, rather than burning your time spreading such slander, you’d get more out of life.

WOW Marlin, how can you say that? Have you ever talked to Amit? Were you at the same Session at Affiliate Summit East that I was when I heard him speak for the first time? Have you at least even ever read his blog? He provides excellent advice, have you read his article on researching keywords? I’m guessing not.
Anyways, I had the privilege to hear Amit speak at Affiliate Summit East 2007 and also had the opportunity to join him and some others for a dinner at the Indigo restaurant that was in the lounge of the hotel and I have to stay, I believe Amit does know what he’s doing and I doubt any of it has to do with luck. You may say because he got into a niche and it happened to blow up that he’s lucky, however, I say that because he saw the potential that niche would offer in the near future, he’s smart

Marlin, I can bet you must be tired of reading on all the success stories. It’s time for you to actually stop wasting time reading and get to work. It might help your luck too.

Sure! But only one person from the company can present on the calls and can participate in the retreats.
lol, Amit. I am perfectly fine and I run a service that has an affiliate program where fools like you promote for me. If you think about, I am more successful than you, you work for others while I have others work for myself (yes, they do get healthy commissions though).
Do not attribute my anger towards you to me not having success. You think just because someone doesn’t like you its because they aren’t successful in affiliate marketing? Pure, pure, pure arrogance.

Even if it were just “luck” how can you explain his ability to sustain it? Heck, even if someone handed me the keys to a successful adwords campaign doesn’t mean I would be able to keep it that way.
And I have to disagree with you on the part that the product owner as more successful. Furthermore, as a product owner AND affiliate marketer myself, I would love to know what your product is because if this “fool” is promoting it, you can bet your boots I won’t be for long.
Calling your affiliates “fools” is about the dumbest thing I have ever heard stated on any public blog.
