I have been looking forward to this session ever since your last talk on the Black Ink Project. You are true testament to the outsourcing model, from what you have said and I have read.
At some point I have realized that I cant be all things… I cant be a designer, a marketer, a programmer, graphic artist, a writer etc all at once. Believe me i have tried. I end up taking so much time to learn or research minor things that would take a pro minutes or not long to accomplish.
Now in a fantasy world that would be nice but “not realistic”. So it only seems fair to myself or anyone in the same position to do what they are best at and let others (outsource) what they are best at. This is why I am very very excited to here what you have to say about outsourcing.
Thank you for the last session. I got a lot out of it and I hope to do the same tomorrow. I cant wait.

Great session Amit, I did have a few question that could not be addressed with the limited time.
Q1: Amit how do you train your team to write copy or what tools to you provide them? and how do you know if its quality if you yourself are not knowledgeable in that field?
Q2:Where can you outsource bookkeeping? and an accountant? or is something you should keep local?
Q3:Amit you mentioned you have several company’s do you have international businesses or are you all set up domestically? and do you segment them into affiliate marketing, real estate , investing etc based upon the type of business?
