Love your blog, I just got into PPC, and so far, I am almost breaking even, haha. Anyways, I wanted to ask you a few questions! :D

AdWords Editor: Can you rename campaigns/adgroups at all? If the name bothers me to much, is the only option to delete and re-create it?

KeywordCompete: What are the benefits of this?

Thanks, awesome blog :)

Amit,
I have adopted your philosophy wholeheartedly. And your right, I am starting very small for now, one website, outsourcing content, creating blog for personal contributions (I know the industry very well), multiple landing pages. Im just at the start up organization phase, its more work up front and it takes learning some additional skills only for the sake of knowing what Im talking about, but as you say, it being built for the long haul in a highly competitive but lucrative market. After extensive research I realized that noone in this industry has even attempted to apply the Amit method, and after learning from you that just because its competitive doesnt mean it wont be profitable, quite the contrary, there's money to be made, I've gone forward with my Amit emulation plan (the bonus Accelerator Program really opened up my eyes).

Thank you so much Amit for sharing so much of your philosophy, you truly know the value of Newton's Law, the reaction for you will mean even more success.

Warm Regards,
The True King Carlos

Yes, that along with about four other techniques.

These all put Adwords to shame. With no QS (BS), no rules and no way for one single company to have control over YOUR revenue.

What are you going to do when Google decides to change its mind about something you are doing in your campaigns and shuts down your business overnight?

unless your building a blog or something like that, but the chances of blogs taking off or I should sy every blog around a product taking off is rare, so in other words ppc is the way to go. Which don't take me wrong you can build very good income through organic search we have some very competitive keywords ranking our self and the out come of it is terrific, but then again our keywords disappear certain times and etc and it puts a hurt on our company thtas why you should really never depend on one channel personally us were building some landing pages as I speak were going to use organic traffic and ppc, but my main focus will be PPC :)

JL,

Oh ok excuse my attitude there just not in the best of my mood today, but I will tell you this organic traffic is not waste of time what I am saying is that your better of promoting affiliates through ppc now days because Google is playing there own game and penalizing sites left and right.

I am not talking about organic search traffic. That too is a waste of time if you want serious traffic.

JL,

PPC is very profitable model and you can easily get 1000's of 5 cent clicks if you know what your doing as far as organic search is I never said it was hard the bottom line is its simple to rank keyword I actually run a broker company at http://www.contextual-style.com and President / CEO of a search marketing firm and like I've said organic search is very easy to manipulate and I my self have put clients in the top 3 for keywords such as printing and many other competitive key terms.

The downfall with organic search is that it takes time of optimizing just like PPC would, but now days Google is nuking every one and there brother from organic search thats why I'm moving things more into PPC models when it comes to affiliates which granted were still going to broker links to our clients and we always will actually were getting ready to launce a huge advertising campaign.

And when your referring to small I don't see how you could compare adwords to being small to organic search this comes to tell me your still very inexperience with general concepts of search.

Tyler

The traffic you can get with Adwords is so insanely small compared with other methods that are far more cost effective. Can you get 50k people a day to your site with Adwords at an eCPC of $.10 in lucrative markets? No way.

All with ZERO rules, penalties and bullsh!t. Want to send 10k to a squeeze page? No problem. I can get 500+ signups a day. See how far you get with Google trying to do that.

Organic is not hard either. You just need to know how the big players do it. Hint: this is not a single website approach and there are many, many things you need to do in order to explode your traffic.
