Well, I’m shifting gears a bit. Focus of this blog is now MORE for people who have their own product who are using paid search. Times are changing, if you’re trying to promote products as an affiliate on Google, then GOOD LUCK, because you’re gonna need it.

And why am I focusing so much about quality score in particular? QS is the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR to success with Google Adwords.

You could have the highest converting landing page, your bids and placements perfectly optimized, but if your QS sucks you’ll get a drizzle of traffic versus someone who has a killer QS.

I’ve already talked about a lot of factors that go into quality score and there’s a bunch more I still have to talk about.

One powerful trend you need to know about is that factors that affect your natural search engine ranking are playing a bigger and BIGGER part in Adwords QS.

Some of these include:

• Authority of your site and PageRank
• Amount of unique content on your landing pages
• How often the content on your site is updated
• Incoming links to your landing page
• How long visitors spend on your page and thier BOUNCE RATE
• How FAST your site loads
• How often people click a link on your page
• How relevant your landing page is to the keywords
• The age of your domain

I could go on, but you get the idea. You have to build a real site that of substantial value to the visitor, and continue to build it up over time.

Don’t worry about whether you get natural search engine traffic or not, taking these steps will substantially increase your traffic and lower your CPC.

I’m talking a night and day difference, the difference between making $500/day profit versus $5000/day profit.

I had 8 HOURS OF DOWNTIME overnight.

No, this was NOT shared hosting, it was a dedicated Mediatemple Nitro $750/month supped up box.

They’re response to the downtime : “Sorry for the inconvenience”!?!

Needless to say, I immediately switched over to another web hosting company that I’ve been using for years.

What really makes me SICK to my stomach is all the potential sales I lost with Mediatemple due to smaller, intermittent downtime. Which I’m sure happened frequently-might explain some of those mysterious sales gaps I’ve been seeing.

What’s worse is that my business partner had to get the server up and running again, mediatemple did NOTHING. And they didn’t even notify me that my server was down.

“So Amit, what are you going to do to prevent this in the future?”

It’s all about having the right systems in place.

Well, here’s Rule #1: Do NOT trust ANY web hosting company, EVER.

Rule #2 : Constantly monitor you’re uptime, using a service such as Pingdom.

Rule #3: Use an enterprise DNS service that allows you to setup a DNS Failover. In other words you can setup your domain to automatically point to a different server if your main server goes down. I recommend using 2 DIFFERENT web hosting companies for this setup.

First things, first: setup a monitoring service such as Pingdom and see if your web host is screwing you over!

Well, in this post I’m going to PROVE that this disgruntled ex-PPC Classroom employee is flat out LYING.

So let’s tackle the FIRST claim “Amit Doesn’t Know Adwords”

“Source says: Amit only had like 2 successful campaigns. One was a regcure campagin, and one was public records. Thats it. I saw inside his Adwords account and it was a complete joke. He basically got REALLY lucky. I mean he had adgroups and keywords stuck all over the place. It looked like some total newbs account, basically nothing like anything he teaches.”

REALLY?

OK, how about we LOOK into my Adwords account to see if this is TRUE?

Here’s an account overview…(in the interest of full disclosure this one of the accounts that got banned, because back when I was a newbie I promoted a “make money with google” offer)

These are NOT all my campaigns in this account (this is ONLY 1 of my Adwords accounts btw).

Here’s a look at the total number of campaigns and total adspend on search on content:

You’ll notice that’s 239 campaigns. Now of course NOT all of these were consistently profitable, probably only 60 out of 239 were profitable consistently.

As for the number of successful offers I’ve had? About 8. Some of these offers were SUPER successful. And regcure and records were not even my MOST successful offers. I’ve had offers that I’ve spend $10k/day on with 200% ROI.

Now let’s take a look INSIDE of one of my campaigns and see if it looks like “some total newbs account”. (if what I already showed you isn’t convincing enough)

Here’s a view of ONE of my campaigns, this is a smaller one, it only has 84 adgroups, I have other campaigns with 1000s of adgroups:

This is a search campaign btw. Let’s take a closer look, and go into one of the adgroups. Here are the keywords…

Now let’s take a look at the ads…(notice that I not only split tested ad text but the display URL as well)

I’m not done yet. Let’s look at a campaign where I used a completely different approach: placement targeting on myspace.

The lesson here is BE CAREFUL not to believe everything you read, especially if it’s on a site that’s dedicated to attacking people and putting people down, instead of helping people and providing value.

Now as for the other claims in this attack post…..

“Amit Got Banned from Adwords. Twice.”

Owwwww… you got me on this one!

This is TRUE. In fact almost every super affiliate I know (and even several merchants with brick and mortar businesses) have been banned at least once at this point.

I had 2 of my adwords accounts banned, and several others accounts in good standing that do have affiliate offers running as we speak.

Because I had 2 of my account banned I have a better idea of what will and will NOT get you banned. So yes I’m QUALIFIED to teach that.

Who’s REALLY “Full. Of. Shit.”?

Next Claim…

“PPC Classroom Sells Out Its Students”

So any time a new guru shit head product comes out, the PPC Classroom people get their customers to buy that shit so they can earn a handsome affiliate commission.”

First off, were 100% upfront about getting an affiliate commission (buy through our link and get our bonus). Duh!

Second, I 100% endorse Google Cash Detective, it’s actually a GREAT market research tool. Which is why I recommended our students take advantage of it.

However, I ALSO added that it was NOT absolutely necessary to succeed, but strongly recommended. I was upfront about that right from the beginning (not a month later).

And NO WHERE CLOSE to all the student bought into it. Our sales numbers were in the 100s and we have 1000s of students.

OK Next Point…

This one is a REALLY pernicious LIE….

“PPC Classroom had False Testimonies”

“Inside source says: On their latest launch they had fake testimonials. I think they took them down now but several of the testimonials were from the COACHES, not students of PPC Classroom. They (testimonials) said how Amit helped them earn millions, etc…just flat out lying.”

We NEVER had false testimonies, EVER. WE send surveys to all our students and I PERSONALLY emailed our top students to get detailed testimonies.

If I had to prove it I can show you the email threads.

YES, we had one testimony from a ex-coach, Peter Dunbar. BEFORE he was a coach he credits his success to what he learned from this blog and PPC Classsroom.

Because of his success with my teachings (yes we even had a testimony from him before he was briefly a coach for 3 months), we brought him on as a coach.

I can personally vouch for EVERY SINGLE testimony on our sites. They’re all 100% legit.

And the last point “PPC Classroom is Going Under – Not Paying Its Affiliate”

LOL

PPC Classroom has been one of (if not THE) most successful PPC Affiliate training program ever released. It did HIGH 7-figures in revenue in 2009.

To suggest that it’s going under or we’re not paying our affiliates is CRAZY.

NICE job with the little chat exchange. I wouldn’t expect anything less from people who make their money from fake blogs and fake news articles.

And YES google will eventually catch on that you’re changing the keyword destination urls to go to a scam CPA offers while having your ad destination URL go to a high authority site.

Who are you kidding anyway?

But deep down do you really believe it?

Consider this…

At church yesterday our swami (our equivalent of a priest) went on a tirade against making money and getting rich. He defined greed as as striving to get anything beyond your “basics needs.”

He declared that it wasn’t enough that greed was on of the “seven deadly sins”, but you need to go out of the way to fight it. He went on to stay how “greed” (his definition) has caused nothing but bad and how poor people are happier than rich people, who he claimed suffered lots of stress and anxiety over all the money they have.

His best line “It’s more enriching to do without!” (Tell that to all the poor people worldwide living on less than a $1/day)

I almost barfed.

This is the same insidious message that much of organized religions has used for hundreds of years (particularly the middle ages) to keep people down – as long as people stay poor it’s easier to control them.

“Money is bad, rich people are evil. And it’s spiritual to be poor!” Right?

Nothing can be further from the truth. And no other message can be more harmful to your prosperity and self esteem.

If you’re wondering yeah, I’m WAY happier, way more fulfilled now that I’m wealthy and successful.

Beats scraping by on $1277/month, unable to support my wife (we got help from our parents) and living in a place the size of a walkin closet. There was NOTHING noble or spiritual about THAT!

And what’s cool is I’m making a positive impact on the world doing what I’m doing (as apposed to all the spammers and black hat affiliate in our industry who are selling people acai berry pills using fake blogs – that’s the type of greed that should be rightfully condemned).

Being rich beats being poor any day of the week.

It’s the drive to make money and create value that has lifted and continues to life much of the world out of abject poverty and has greatly enriched our lives (keep that in mind next time you pull out your iphone!). Even the non-profit world has realized this with the success of micro loans.

Of course you already know this, but here’s the problem….

Most people have been programmed with negative lack beliefs from a very early age. It’s in their subconscious.

So when they’re 25 and decide to become rich they very quickly hit a brick wall. If you deep down believe that money is bad and rich people are evil then your subconscious mind will sabotage any effort
you make towards getting rich. Afterall you don’t want to end up evil, selfish and unhappy do you….?

If you seriously want to become rich you’ll likely have to carefully examine the beliefs that you’ve been feed since you were young and carefully examine everything that you’re taking in (TV, movies, news, church, etc) and ask yourself how all of this is programming you.

YEAH programming! Everything you watch and listen to goes right in you subconscious mind and is programming you at some level.

The #1 reason most people fail to get rich is because they’re programmed with so many destructive anti-prosper beliefs that it stops em dead in their tracks. Seriously it’s sad to see so many people fail when we live in a country (increasingly in a world) with such abundant opportunity.

Yes there’s abundant opportunity RIGHT NOW even while we’re in the middle of an economic meltdown. If you don’t see it then you need to stop listening to all the doom and gloom mass hysteria about the economy. Outside factors have NOTHING to do with your prosperity…I’ll get more into that point later.

If you want to live a rich and prosperous life then start by questioning and think critically about all the messages and programming you’re being exposed to. I’m VERY careful what’s goes into my brain, and constantly keep my guard against negative programming.

Do you even know what you believe?
