I can’t stand when I get an unsolicited call about some piece of crap product or service I don’t need at 6:00 when I’m at home. However, as an affiliate network manager who was once a publisher I do call potential affiliates who may or may not know who my company is, but that initial call is how we get business going, if they want to talk about the opportunity then great if not I move on.
